YARDFAME / SAFETY AND REPORTING

Safety and Reporting

Safety operations draft — legal, trust-and-safety, facility, and owner review required

How YardFame intends to receive reports, contain harm, protect sensitive people, and document moderation actions.

Current reporting foundation

The current foundation supports reports for profiles, posts, comments, and live sessions. Chat and message reporting remain required before those surfaces are launch-complete.

Triage

Reports should be classified for imminent danger, exploitation/minor safety, privacy, threats, fraud, facility-evasion risk, or ordinary guideline issues, then contained proportionately.

Sensitive information

Do not expose facility, housing, schedule, legal, or contact details by default. Treat coercion, retaliation, unauthorized communications, and exploitation as high risk.

Emergency situations

For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate trusted authority. YardFame must not promise confidentiality or emergency response it cannot provide.

Important limitation

The final operational runbook must define contacts, retention, escalation, appeals, and response commitments.

This is a draft for review, not legal advice and not an effective policy. Do not rely on it as a promise of access, permission, compensation, payout, privacy, or facility approval.
