Incarcerated Creator Rules
Safety draft — facility-specific review required
The lawful-participation boundary for creators who are currently incarcerated.
Lawful channels only
Participation is allowed only where the specific facility, jurisdiction, communication method, and representative arrangement permit it. Unclear cases remain permission-pending or restricted.
No evasion
YardFame must not provide or encourage unauthorized phones, accounts, internet access, coded workarounds, concealment, smuggling, prohibited payments, or monitoring evasion.
Representatives
Managers and authorized family representatives may assist only with documented authority and only within the named creator’s grant. They may not impersonate the creator.
Content, live, and messages
These surfaces may be unavailable or restricted by facility policy. A manager-operated profile is not proof of facility approval.
Important limitation
Facility-specific determinations and qualified legal/compliance review are required before treating these rules as an authorization.
