YARDFAME / CREATOR AGREEMENT

Creator Agreement

Draft for qualified legal review — not effective

The intended creator, manager, content, permission, continuity, and compensation framework.

Creator permissions

Creator and representative permissions are intended to be creator-scoped, permission-scoped, revocable, and auditable. Managers cannot expand their grant or mutate authoritative balances.

Content

Creators should retain rights they own while granting only the operational permissions YardFame needs. The final agreement must address third-party rights, takedowns, publicity, archives, and termination.

Compensation

The planning model is approximately 70% creator / 30% YardFame, with 100 Books representing $1 and a target $50 threshold. These are not a compensation promise until adopted.

Continuity

A lawful release transition is intended to preserve creator identity and history. It does not waive identity, facility, KYC/tax, payout, or safety requirements.

Important limitation

This page does not grant rights, authorize participation, or promise earnings. The final agreement must be accepted through the approved onboarding flow.

This is a draft for review, not legal advice and not an effective policy. Do not rely on it as a promise of access, permission, compensation, payout, privacy, or facility approval.
